Accordant with the essence of A.M. Geoconsult’s Culture, Mission, and Vision, the Quality Policy’s underlying principle reveals that the level of quality the Company provides is commensurate to the level of trust it earns from its business comrades – Clients, Suppliers, Colleagues, and other Stakeholders.  By consistently complying with the requirements of customers, local and international standards, and by continually improving the Quality Management System of the Company, A.M. Geoconsult builds trust among its business comrades and strengthens its stature as the “Most Reliable Geotechnical Partner” in the country. 

The policy, therefore, directs that Every member of the A.M. Geoconsult family strives for the highest grade of excellence in his or her respective work to contribute to the enhancement of the overall quality and thus overall trustworthiness of the Company. 

In addition, the laboratory’s management shall be committed to good professional practice and to the quality of its testing and calibration in servicing its customers.  The laboratory’s standard of service shall be world class and the purpose of the laboratory’s management system is to consistently deliver this level of quality to customers for maximum customer satisfaction.  All personnel concerned with testing and calibration activities within the laboratory shall familiarize themselves with the quality documentation and implement the policies and procedures in their work.  The laboratory’s management shall be committed to comply with the PNS ISO/IEC 17025 Standard and to continually improve the effectiveness of its management system.  Finally, tests and/or calibrations shall always be carried out in accordance with stated methods and customer’s requirements.

The Quality Policy is communicated and understood within the organization through regular training sessions and the use of various internal marketing materials.  It is also re-examined during Management Reviews for its continuing suitability.  Achieving the following Quality Objectives ensures that the Company is in the right path to reaching the aspired level of trust not only from its Clients but also from its other business comrades.
